A: It’s mold cost. Indispensable production process. Only need to pay for first order, and we will bear maintenance cost of mold damage.
9Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment of sample order ≤ 1000USD, 100% T/T full payment.
Payment of tooling or batch order ≥ 5000USD, 70% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
10Q: What’s your after-sale service?

Standardlänge Keilwellen
Standard-Keilwellen werden aus Baustahl gefertigt und eignen sich ideal für die meisten Reparaturen, den Sondermaschinenbau und viele weitere Anwendungen. Alle Standard-Keilwellen haben eine Länge von 2-3/4 Zoll. Vollverzahnungen sind in jeder gewünschten Länge erhältlich. Weitere Materialien und Arbeitslängen sind auf Anfrage und nach Vereinbarung verfügbar. Die CZPT Manufacturing Company ist stolz darauf, diese Standard-Keilwellen anbieten zu können.
Scheibenbremsbefestigungsflächen, die verzahnt sind
Es gibt zwei gängige Befestigungssysteme für Scheibenbremsen: Keilwellenaufnahme und Centerlock-Aufnahme. Scheibenbremsen mit Keilwellenaufnahme sind verbreiteter und in der Regel einfacher zu montieren. Für die Centerlock-Aufnahme wird ein Werkzeug benötigt, um den Sicherungsring an der Bremsscheibennabe zu entfernen. Sechsloch-Bremsscheiben sind einfacher zu montieren und benötigen nur sechs Schrauben. Das Centerlock-System wird häufig bei Rennrädern verwendet.
Post-Mount-Scheibenbremsen benötigen einen Post-Mount-Adapter, Flat-Mount-Scheibenbremsen hingegen nicht. Post-Mount-Adapter sind verbreiteter und werden vor allem bei Carbon-Mountainbikes eingesetzt, während Flat-Mount-Aufnahmen bei Rennrädern und Gravelbikes immer häufiger Standard werden. Alle Scheibenbremsadapter sind jedoch an verschiedene Rotorgrößen anpassbar. Rennräder verwenden üblicherweise 160-mm-Rotoren, Mountainbikes hingegen 180-mm- oder 200-mm-Rotoren.
Scheibenbremsbefestigungsflächen mit schrägverzahnter Verzahnung
Die Befestigungsschnittstelle für Scheibenbremsen ist mit einer Keilwellenverbindung zwischen Nabe und Bremsscheibe ausgestattet. Diese Keilwellenverbindung ermöglicht einen relativ großen radialen und rotatorischen Spielraum zwischen Scheibe und Nabe. Eine lockere Keilwellenverbindung kann aufgrund der Bewegung der Scheibe relativ zur Nabe Klappergeräusche verursachen.
Die Verzahnung von Bremsscheibe und Nabe ist über einen Luftspalt verbunden. Dieser Luftspalt trägt dazu bei, die Wärmeleitung von der Bremsscheibe zur Nabe zu reduzieren. Die vorliegende Erfindung behebt Probleme wie Geräuschentwicklung, Hitzeentwicklung und das Zurückziehen der Bremsscheibe beim Lösen der Bremse. Sie beseitigt außerdem Probleme mit Schräglauf und Schleifen. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, ob diese Montageart für Sie geeignet ist, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Mechaniker.
Schrägverzahnte Befestigungsflächen für Scheibenbremsen können in Verbindung mit anderen Radkomponenten verwendet werden. Sie eignen sich besonders für die Befestigung von Scheibenbremsen bei Naben-zu-Naben-Verbindungen. Die vorzugsweise umlaufend angeordneten Distanzstücke erfüllen unabhängig von der Drehrichtung der Bremsscheibe im Wesentlichen dieselbe Funktion. Idealerweise sind drei Distanzstücke um die Bremsscheibe angeordnet. Jedes dieser Distanzstücke weist den gleichen Abstand zwischen den Verzahnungen der Bremsscheibe und der Nabe auf.
Die Distanzelemente 6 bestehen aus einem spiralförmigen Federabschnitt 6.1 und tangentialen Verlängerungen, die in Haken 6.4 enden. Diese Haken liegen in beiden Richtungen an der Bremsscheibe 1 an. Die spiralförmigen Federabschnitte 5.1 und 6.1 sind ausreichend steif, um radiale Stöße zu absorbieren. Die Distanzelemente sind entlang des Umfangs der Eingriffszone angeordnet.
Eine spiralförmige Keilwellenlagerung umfasst ein Stabilisierungselement in Form einer Schraubenfeder. Die Schraubenfeder erstreckt sich bis zu den Keilwellen und Zähnen der Scheibe. Die Enden der Feder erstrecken sich in entgegengesetzte Richtungen, wobei Halterungen an jedem Ende in die Keilwellen und Zähne der Scheibe eingreifen. Dieses Stabilisierungselement ist axial über die Breite der Scheibe positioniert.
Spiralverzahnte Scheibenbremsaufnahmen sind bei Fahrrädern und Rennrädern weit verbreitet. Sie bieten eine zuverlässige und langlebige Befestigungsmöglichkeit für Bremsen. Verzahnungen werden häufig in der Luft- und Raumfahrt eingesetzt und zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Dauerfestigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aus. Die Verbindungen zwischen der verzahnten Scheibenbremse und der Tretlagerachse bestehen aus Aluminium und Acetat.
Da die Bremsscheibe spiralförmig in der Nabe mit Keilverzahnung sitzt, befinden sich Federdraht und Bremsscheibe 2 in engem Kontakt. Durch den Kontakt des Federdrahts mit der Bremsscheibe entstehen Reibungskräfte, die sich gleichmäßig über die gesamte Scheibe verteilen. Dies ermöglicht einen großen axialen Bewegungsspielraum. Spiralverzahnte Befestigungspunkte für Bremsscheiben weisen eine höhere Festigkeit und Steifigkeit als vergleichbare Konstruktionen auf.
Die Befestigungsflächen für Scheibenbremsen mit Spiralverzahnung können verschiedene Verzahnungsarten aufweisen. Spiralverzahnte Oberflächen sind die gängigste Art von Befestigungsflächen für Scheibenbremsen. Sie bestehen typischerweise aus Edelstahl oder Aluminium und eignen sich für diverse Anwendungen. Eine verzahnte Scheibenbremsbefestigung kann jedoch keine Bremsscheibe mit einem übergroßen Bremssattel aufnehmen.
