A: It’s mold cost. Indispensable production process. Only need to pay for first order, and we will bear maintenance cost of mold damage.
9Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment of sample order ≤ 1000USD, 100% T/T full payment.
Payment of tooling or batch order ≥ 5000USD, 70% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
10Q: What’s your after-sale service?
A: If there is quality problem, please provide photos or test report, we will replace defective goods or return funds.

Alberi scanalati di lunghezza standard
Gli alberi scanalati di lunghezza standard sono realizzati in acciaio dolce e sono perfetti per la maggior parte delle riparazioni, la costruzione di macchinari personalizzati e molte altre applicazioni. Tutti gli alberi scanalati a magazzino hanno una lunghezza di 2-3/4 pollici, mentre le scanalature complete sono disponibili in qualsiasi lunghezza, con materiali e lunghezze di lavoro aggiuntivi disponibili su richiesta e preventivo. Interfacce di montaggio del freno a disco scanalate
Esistono due tipi comuni di interfaccia per il montaggio dei freni a disco: scanalata e con bloccaggio centrale. I freni a disco con interfaccia scanalata sono più comuni e solitamente più facili da installare. Il sistema con bloccaggio centrale richiede un attrezzo per rimuovere l'anello di bloccaggio sul mozzo del disco. I rotori a sei bulloni sono più facili da installare e richiedono solo sei bulloni. Il sistema con bloccaggio centrale è comunemente utilizzato sulle bici da corsa ad alte prestazioni.
I freni a disco con attacco post mount richiedono un adattatore post mount, mentre quelli con attacco flat mount no. Gli adattatori post mount sono più comuni e vengono utilizzati sulle mountain bike in carbonio, mentre le interfacce flat mount stanno diventando la norma sulle bici da strada e gravel. Tutti gli adattatori per freni a disco sono comunque regolabili in base al diametro del rotore. Le bici da strada utilizzano solitamente rotori da 160 mm, mentre le mountain bike utilizzano rotori da 180 mm o 200 mm.
Interfacce di montaggio del freno a disco con scanalatura elicoidale
Un'interfaccia di montaggio per freno a disco con scanalatura elicoidale è progettata con un collegamento scanalato tra il mozzo e il disco del freno. Questo collegamento scanalato consente un'ampia gamma di spostamenti radiali e rotazionali tra il disco e il mozzo. Un'interfaccia con scanalatura allentata può causare un rumore di sferragliamento dovuto al movimento del disco rispetto al mozzo.
Le scanalature sul disco freno e sul mozzo sono collegate tramite un'intercapedine d'aria. Quest'intercapedine contribuisce a ridurre la conduzione del calore dal disco freno al mozzo. La presente invenzione risolve i problemi di rumore, calore e retrazione dei dischi freno al rilascio del freno. Risolve inoltre i problemi di inclinazione e trascinamento. In caso di dubbi sull'idoneità di questo tipo di interfaccia di montaggio, si consiglia di consultare il proprio meccanico.
Le interfacce di montaggio per freni a disco con scanalature elicoidali possono essere utilizzate in combinazione con altri componenti di una ruota. Sono particolarmente utili nelle interfacce di montaggio per freni a disco per assemblaggi mozzo-mozzo. Gli elementi distanziatori, preferibilmente disposti circonferenzialmente, svolgono sostanzialmente la stessa funzione indipendentemente dal senso di rotazione del disco freno. Preferibilmente, tre elementi distanziatori sono posizionati attorno al disco freno. Ciascuno di questi elementi distanziatori presenta un gioco uguale tra le scanalature del disco freno e del mozzo.
Gli elementi distanziatori 6 comprendono una porzione a molla elicoidale 6.1 e delle estensioni in direzione tangenziale che terminano con ganci 6.4. Questi ganci si appoggiano al disco del freno 1 in entrambe le direzioni. Le porzioni a molla elicoidale 5.1 e 6.1 hanno una rigidità sufficiente ad assorbire gli impatti radiali. Gli elementi distanziatori sono disposti lungo la circonferenza della zona di ingranamento.
Un supporto per disco scanalato elicoidale comprende un elemento stabilizzatore a forma di molla elicoidale. La molla elicoidale si estende fino alle scanalature e ai denti del disco. Le estremità dell'estensione si estendono in direzioni opposte, mentre le staffe a ciascuna estremità si innestano con le scanalature e i denti del disco. Questo elemento stabilizzatore è posizionato assialmente lungo la larghezza del disco.
Le interfacce di montaggio per freni a disco con scanalature elicoidali sono molto diffuse nelle biciclette, sia da strada che da bicicletta. Rappresentano un metodo affidabile e durevole per il montaggio dei freni. Le scanalature sono ampiamente utilizzate nel settore aerospaziale e offrono una maggiore resistenza alla fatica e un'affidabilità superiore. Le interfacce tra il freno a disco scanalato e il perno del movimento centrale sono realizzate in alluminio e acetato.
Poiché il mozzo scanalato monta il disco in modo elicoidale, il filo della molla e il disco 2 saranno posizionati a stretto contatto. Quando il filo della molla entra in contatto con il disco, crea forze di attrito che vengono distribuite uniformemente su tutto il disco. Ciò consente un'ampia gamma di movimento assiale. Le interfacce di montaggio dei freni a disco con scanalatura elicoidale hanno maggiore resistenza e rigidità rispetto alle loro controparti.
Le interfacce di montaggio per freni a disco con scanalatura elicoidale possono presentare un'ampia gamma di superfici scanalate. Le superfici scanalate sono il tipo più comune di interfacce di montaggio per freni a disco. Sono generalmente realizzate in acciaio inossidabile o alluminio e possono essere utilizzate per diverse applicazioni. Tuttavia, un supporto per disco scanalato non è adatto a dischi con pinze freno di dimensioni maggiori.
