In-line or right-angle are available in male and female shaft configurations. The CZPT male shaft solution (splined or cylindrical) is CZPT to withstand strong radial or axial loads on the output shaft. As a leading planetary gearbox manufactory in China , planetary reducer was produced by modular design, combined according to customer requirement. In relation to key components , CZPT used qualified spare parts like for housing material with nodular cast iron which can increases gearbox’s rigidity and antiknock, heavy-duty bearing is installed at low-speed shaft, it can bear big radial load due to proportionate distribution of torque ,every gears are case hardened to get high reliability and long life . SGR planetary reducer have 16 models for different torque range ,each model have 1-5 stages to achieve different ratios , besides ,planetary reducer from CZPT have wide rang selection of high speed design: cylindrical with key, hydraulic motor, electric motor .Installation is multiposition ,various fasten type .

スプライン付きのディスクブレーキ取り付けインターフェース

ディスクブレーキの取り付け方式には、スプライン式とセンターロック式の2種類が一般的です。スプライン式の方が一般的で、取り付けも比較的簡単です。センターロック式の場合は、ディスクハブのロックリングを取り外すための工具が必要です。6ボルト式のローターは取り付けが容易で、ボルトも6本しか必要ありません。センターロック式は、高性能ロードバイクでよく用いられます。
ポストマウント式ディスクブレーキにはポストマウントアダプターが必要ですが、フラットマウント式ディスクブレーキには必要ありません。ポストマウントアダプターはより一般的で、カーボンマウンテンバイクによく使用されますが、フラットマウント式はロードバイクやグラベルバイクで標準になりつつあります。ただし、すべてのディスクブレーキアダプターはローターサイズに合わせて調整可能です。ロードバイクは通常160mmのローターを使用し、マウンテンバイクは180mmまたは200mmのローターを使用します。

ブレーキディスクとハブのスプラインは、エアギャップを介して接続されています。このエアギャップは、ブレーキディスクからハブへの熱伝導を低減するのに役立ちます。本発明は、ブレーキ解除時のブレーキディスクの騒音、発熱、および後退といった問題を解決します。また、スキューや引きずりといった問題にも対応します。このタイプの取り付けインターフェースがお客様の車両に適しているかどうか不明な場合は、整備士にご相談ください。
らせん状のスプラインを備えたディスクブレーキ取り付けインターフェースは、ホイールの他のコンポーネントと組み合わせて使用することができます。特に、ハブ間アセンブリのディスクブレーキ取り付けインターフェースに有効です。スペーサー要素は、好ましくは円周方向に配置され、ブレーキディスクの回転方向に関係なく、ほぼ同じ機能を提供します。好ましくは、ブレーキディスクの周囲に3つのスペーサー要素が配置されます。これらのスペーサー要素はそれぞれ、ブレーキディスクとハブのスプライン間に等しいクリアランスを有します。
スペーサー要素6は、らせんばね部分6.1と、接線方向に延びてフック6.4で終端する延長部とを含む。これらのフックは、両方向においてブレーキディスク1に当接する。らせんばね部分5.1および6.1は、半径方向の衝撃を吸収するのに十分な剛性を有する。スペーサー要素は、噛み合い領域の周囲に配置されている。
