It consists of 2 parts &#8211; a coupler and a coupling. Both parts have teeth which engage and transfer loads. However, spline couplings are typically over-dimensioned, which makes them susceptible to fatigue and static behavior. Wear phenomena can also cause the coupling to fail. For this reason, proper spline coupling design is essential for achieving optimum performance.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img.hzpt.com\/img\/spline_shaft\/T_splineshaft_2.webp\" alt=\"\u82b1\u952e\u8f74\" width=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u6837\u6761\u8026\u5408\u5668\u7684\u5efa\u6a21<\/h2>\n<p>\u82b1\u952e\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u5728\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e2d\u5e94\u7528\u65e5\u76ca\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u8fd0\u884c\u72b6\u6001\u5b58\u5728\u8f7b\u5fae\u7684\u9519\u4f4d\uff0c\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u632f\u52a8\u5e76\u635f\u4f24\u63a5\u89e6\u9762\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u7528\u4e8e\u4f30\u7b97\u82b1\u952e\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u63a5\u89e6\u538b\u529b\u7684\u89e3\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u89e3\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0e\u7eaf\u6570\u503c\u65b9\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u8f83\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c55\u793a\u89e3\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u3002<br \/>\u8981\u5bf9\u6837\u6761\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u8fdb\u884c\u5efa\u6a21\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u9700\u8981\u521b\u5efa\u6837\u6761\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u5e93\u3002\u8be5\u77e5\u8bc6\u5e93\u5305\u542b\u5927\u91cf\u76f8\u4e92\u5173\u8054\u7684\u89c4\u8303\u503c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4fee\u6539\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u89c4\u8303\u503c\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8fdd\u53cd\u5176\u4ed6\u89c4\u8303\u7684\u8b66\u544a\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f7f\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u521b\u5efa\u7b26\u5408\u6307\u5b9a\u89c4\u8303\u503c\u7684\u6837\u6761\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u6a21\u578b\u3002<br \/>\u5b8c\u6210\u51e0\u4f55\u5efa\u6a21\u540e\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u8f93\u5165\u4e24\u4e2a\u82b1\u952e\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u538b\u529b\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u786e\u5b9a\u82b1\u952e\u8282\u5706\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002\u5982\u56fe 2 \u6240\u793a\uff0c\u516c\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e0e\u6bcd\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u91cd\u5408\u3002\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u786e\u4fdd\u4e24\u4e2a\u82b1\u952e\u7684\u556e\u5408\u8ddd\u79bb\u76f8\u540c\u3002<br \/>Once you have the data you need to create a spline coupling model, you can begin by entering the specifications for the interface design. Once you have this data, you need to choose whether to optimize the internal spline or the external spline. You&#8217;ll also need to specify the tooth friction coefficient, which is used to determine the stresses in the spline coupling model 20. You should also enter the pilot clearance, which is the clearance between the tip 186 of a tooth 32 on 1  spline and the feature on the mating spline.<br \/>After you have entered the desired specifications for the external spline, you can enter the parameters for the internal spline. For example, you can enter the outer diameter limit 154 of the major snap 54 and the minor snap 56 of the internal spline. The values of these parameters are displayed in color-coded boxes on the Spline Inputs and Configuration GUI screen 80. Once the parameters are entered, you&#8217;ll be presented with a geometric representation of the spline coupling model 20.<\/p>\n<h2>\u521b\u5efa\u6837\u6761\u8054\u8f74\u5668\u6a21\u578b 20<\/h2>\n<p>The spline coupling model 20 is created by a product model software program 10. The software validates the spline coupling model against a knowledge base of configuration-dependent specification constraints and relationships. This report is then input to the ANSYS stress analyzer program. It lists the spline coupling model 20&#8217;s geometric configurations and specification values for each feature. The study used numerical methods based on Finite Element Method (FEM) models. It produced numerical results for nominal conditions and parallel offset misalignment.
